Travelling from Skegness.

Follow the A52 from Skegness towards Chapel - St - Leonards, passing Butlings and through Ingoldmells village, continue straight on at two sets of traffic lights for approximately 1mile. Pass Chapel garden centre and take the 1st right turn on to Skegness Road. At the end of Skegness road turn left then immediately right onto St Leonards Drive, continue straight on for approximately 1 mile. Pass Chapel Point continuing on to Anderby Road for approximately 1 mile and Velvet will be on your left.

Travelling from the North and South West

Head towards Ulceby Cross (A16). Take the A1104 towards and through Alford village (east). Turn right onto Alford Road (A1111) Towards Sutton on Sea, take the next right turn onto Thurlby Road (B1449) continue through Thurlby village. At the Junction turn left onto A52 towards Sutton-on-Sea for approximately a quarter of a mile. Turn Right onto Rectory Road towards Anderby Creek, continues onto Sea Lane road. At the junction turn right onto Roman Bank follow road for approximately 1.2 miles and Velvet will be on your right.
